By accessing, viewing, and placing an order through our site, you (the Customer) understand these Terms and Conditions and accept them. 


SELF-COLLECTION 

We are open for self-collection (11am – 4pm) at
2 Jalan Lokam, Kensington Square #01-57
s537846 Tuesdays – Saturdays
(Days may vary during festive/ peak seasons)

All our boxes are made-to-order, so you would have to pre-order online first before coming down.

Kindly stick to your selected appointment time window as the order may not be ready if you arrive earlier than indicated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders not collected by closing time (4pm). No refunds will be given.

If you are engaging your own courier, we strongly recommend car delivery to ensure the berries remain in good condition & placement. We will also remind delivery drivers to treat boxes with care, but we will not be liable to any damages incurred due to the handling or transport of the product thereafter. 


DELIVERY

We provide free islandwide* delivery, no minimum spend. *Excluding Tuas As our boxes are sent out in batches, we will not be able to accommodate specific delivery timings. Our slots are:

11am – 2pm
3pm – 7pm

If you would like it delivered at a specific time, drop us a WhatsApp at 8922 7617, charges apply.

In the event that the recipient is not present and Customer/ recipient would like to have the order re-routed to another location, charges apply.

Berrybar will not be responsible for:

  • Any damages once the order has been handed over/ changed hands
  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer
  • Unsuccessful deliveries if no one is present to receive at selected day, time & address as provided by the Customer
  • Unsuccessful deliveries if recipient is not contactable by mobile number provided by the Customer
  • Any damages to product if it is by request of Customer or recipient to:
    • Be left outside the unit
    • Handed to a neighbour/ security guard
    • Be re-routed to another location


CHANGING OF DELIVERY DETAILS

Any changes to your order or delivery details should be informed by 12noon, the day before- WhatsApp us at 8922 7617.

Changes to delivery timing subject to availability.

Charges apply for last-minute changes (informed after 12noon, the day before).


SUBSTITUTION

Due to the seasonal nature of strawberries, sizes may vary. While we will ensure every box looks full and neatly packed, a small change in number of berries may be necessary on occasion. I.e. If berries in the shipment are smaller than usual, we will add more to fill up the box.


PAYMENT/REFUND

Orders are only confirmed upon FULL payment. We reserve the rights to release slots to the next customer in line if payment is not received.

If the Customer or recipient has questions or issues with the order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 8922 7617. Any issues should be informed within 5 hours of delivery as our products are perishable. Please also include a photograph so we can investigate the matter.

Berrybar will not be responsible for any damages to the product caused by mishandling by the recipient.


CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 8922 7617. We will provide a full refund if cancellation request is received in 48hours and earlier of the fulfilment date.

For late cancellation (less than 48hours in between request and fulfilment date), only 50% of payment will be refunded.


Berrybar reserves the right to amend our Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice.
