How many days in advance should I order?
Pre-order 2 days in advance as we have limited slots per day.
We recommend 3 - 4 days prior to be extra sure!

Can you deliver today?
For urgent/ emergency deliveries, please drop us a Whatsapp at 8922 7617 before 12noon and we will see what we can do for you 🙂 Extra charges apply for same-day deliveries.
Can I walk in and purchase?
Pre-order before coming down! All boxes are made to order.
Do you have a birthday set?
All our boxes can be!
We do not have a specific set for birthdays as we understand that everyone has different preferences. Most clients choose a theme they like, and add ‘Happy Birthday xxx’/ ‘HBD xxx’ letterings.

What is inside the smashable?
Chocolate treats! Kit Kat, M&Ms, Nibbles etc. As much as we can fit!
How long can the boxes last for?
Up to 2 days but we always advise clients to consume within the day as that is when the berries are the freshest!
Do note that there will be condensation on the berries after being in the fridge, the taste will not be altered, just a heads up in case you are planning to snap some pictures!

Do they have to be refrigerated?
Our boxes are made fresh before delivery, so they are good at air-condition temperatures for a few hours. But if you are only consuming later in the day, we would recommend popping them in the fridge first! *Do not put the boxes in the freezer.
What if no one is home to receive?
Our drivers can leave the box outside the unit but we would not recommend it as these are chocolates, and we will not be liable for any damages.
In the event our drivers are not able to access the lift/ security personnel are not able to receive on behalf of the recipient, second-trip deliveries will be chargeable.

Can I change my delivery date/ timing?
Yes! Do let us know at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Halal certified?
We are not certified as a company, but the ingredients that we use are!
Is this OK for someone with nut allergies?
Absolutely! We do not use nuts in our products, unless specified.
