Our viral chocolate tap strawberry cups are primarily available through our full-service chocolate strawberry live station setups in Singapore for private events such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate functions.
We do not operate a permanent retail store selling the chocolate tap cups daily. However, we regularly hold public pop-up and selling events, where guests can purchase the chocolate tap cups directly.

Yes — we use a premium chocolate tap machine that dispenses flowing liquid chocolate over fresh strawberries. It works like a modern chocolate fountain experience, but is more hygienic and interactive for guests.
Our station can cater to small private events as well as large corporate functions. The number of servings can be customised based on your guest count and event duration.
Yes, we offer branded cups, logo stickers, custom packaging, and cart wrapping for corporate events, brand launches, and client appreciation events.
We recommend booking your chocolate strawberry live station 2–4 weeks in advance. Peak periods such as wedding season and December get booked quickly.
Yes, we offer dairy-free chocolate options upon request and at an additional cost. Let us know dietary requirements when enquiring.
We offer pink & blue chocolate options, themed toppings, and customised packaging — making our chocolate strawberry station a fun and interactive dessert feature for baby showers and gender reveal parties.
We can prepare nut-free setups, but our kitchen handles nuts. Please inform us in advance about allergies so we can take precautions.
As the cups do not travel well, we do not offer them for delivery-only. (We will be launching our Dipping Box soon!)
For delivery without live station, you may consider our flagship chocoberry gift sets instead. These can also be available in smaller packaging for individual gifting/favours (Box of 3, Box of 4).

Our online slots close 2 days in advance. Next-day or same-day deliveries are subject to availability (via WhatsApp).
We recommend ordering 3–4 days in advance to be safe, or at least 1 week ahead for peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Teachers’ Day, and Christmas.
As our sets are handmade fresh daily in small batches, we can only accept a limited number of orders per day to maintain quality.
We do offer same-day chocolate strawberry delivery in Singapore for urgent or last-minute orders, subject to availability.
For emergency deliveries, please WhatsApp us at +65 8922 7617 before 12 noon, and our team will advise if we can fit your order in. We always try our best to accommodate!

Chocolate tap cups are not available in store.
Absolutely! Customisations are approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to feasibility and our availability. Whether it's a character from your favourite movie, game, or a themed design for the occasion — just send us your inspiration photos or mood board, and we’ll suggest berries to match your requirements.

All our boxes can be customised for birthdays! Choose a theme your recipient likes, then add their name or well wishes under the “Custom Letterings” field.
Our boxes are good for up to 2 days, but we always recommend consuming them on the day of delivery for peak freshness.
Do note that condensation may form after refrigeration. This does not affect taste, only appearance.
Our boxes are made fresh before delivery, so they can be left out at ambient temperature for 2 - 3 hours. If you are only consuming later in the day, we would recommend popping the set in the fridge first. *Do not put boxes in the freezer.
Yes we do! Do let us know the name the reservation is under, and our courier will inform concierge upon delivery.
Our couriers can leave the box outside the unit but we strongly discourage this as our sets are delicate chocolates (Singapore is hot and humid! Berrybar will not be liable for any damages).
In the event our drivers are not able to access the lift/security personnel are not able to receive on their behalf, second-trip deliveries will be chargeable.

Additional charges will apply for any changes with less than 48 hours between informing and order fulfilment.
Our chocolates do not contain nuts. The only items with nuts are our Knafeh chocoberries collection. However, please note that our kitchen handles nut products, so we cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
